Still think the fans get too toxic these days, first game, not good enough in anyway but we need to give it a chance, see how we do in the league early doors

Its a spiral now till 1 of 2 things happen.

    1. we look like we are clearly going in the right direction
    2. Ogren sells up

1 has already started in the worst possible way. Its going to be pretty toxic on match days like the end of the ST era unless there is a massive change in performances, starting 2mrw night

Hard to see how results could get worse to be honest. You never know I guess. ☹️

The cup is great on one hand for getting some competitive action to prepare for the league, but it doesn't give you the same leeway that friendlies do. Cranks up the pressure immediately if you get series of bad results, especially if you are already going into the season under pressure. I don't see much change in performance with that starting eleven tbj, even if we scrape a result. Needs to be looking at alternative solutions against Thistle. Ultimately we are still massively reliant on getting new players in.

St Mirren failed to qualify from their League Cup group last season then went on to have a really good league campaign.

I really think the club needs number 2 , for me it should have happened at the end of last season , honestly struggling to see things improve under his ownership , similar to ST era coming to an end

Yes I mind Dunfermline tearing up their group while in the championship one season when we were last down, they ended up about 4th and losing to us in the playoff qf

Our loss wasn't even the worst at the weekend which is something, that was stenny v saintees, a 3 division gap, us and St Mirren with two division gap, still terrible and not acceptable

First I've heard about some fans being suspicious of his employment with the club. Hard to imagine Bowman being in a job where he wasn't really wanted - doesn't strike me as the type of character who has an attitude of entitlement.
