Agreed, but if that was an option, when are you trotting out how United could ever possibly afford now to pay him off.

Im my opinion, this was the better decision than looking for a manager and a team or we would be worse off than even we are now.

We have Goodwin, hes staying and we need to accept that. All we can actually do is identify weak areas and get on Ogrens back to fill them.

Thought any manager was on a hiding to nothing last season taking on that heartless bunch so prepared to give Goodwin a chance , that is in short supply watching this though

That's so far from the truth mate, but what positives are you seeing because I'm longing for some! I've never ever wanted United to f*cking lose a game I just want this clown to get it right or f*ck off!

I’d accept this if he was hired in the summer…..he’s been here for 5 months.

We were better under ‘Foxy’* and that was with horrendous injuries!

MO is full of p1sh! This squad will be lucky to not get dragged into a relegation battle this year. Far too many young lads who are too lightweight for this league and too many older lads that think they are better than this. Canny defend, midfield that don't have any dig about them and not enough options up front. The quality on that park is very poor and the ones that are being given an opportunity to step up just seem incapable of doing so.
The only saving grace is we have a keeper that looks better than the crisp...that is it!

Im not watching any of the rest of the dead rubber League Cup nonsense. Ill watch the game against Arbroath and if we havent got anyone else in or we dont seem to have cohesion by then, Ill be out for the season as its clear where this is going. Another cluster**** of a year.

The time to judge is when the league starts BUT this is not looking good at all.
