Not sure why LB insists on picking 3 centre halves every time. If he's playing 5 at the back, then OK, but we've not got a right back on the pitch at the mo.

    Aren't we playing 433?
Not sure what instructions have been given going forward. Lots of wasteful long range shooting. Wouldn't if the shots were convincing, Thomas and Tabiner just wafted at their attempts.
I know it's hot but there seems to be no energy. Both sides giving away lots of space.

Sorted out at ht. Proper rb on instead of a winger pretending to be a wing back. Whatever Rowe is, or isn't, he's not a wing back. Acres of space behind him.

And that's sorted out the method of playing as well lol. 3 goals in 20 minutes! Good for LB to change something when it's not working, but worrying when he repeats the same mistake from the MK game.

LB also do be a good job with his subs ...

    4-1 away from home, and top6 - that'll do

Posted this before the game started. The starting formation was 4-3-3, with Rio at RB, and Mickey at LB. Apologies for causing any confusion, saw the 3 CBs in the starting XI, and just assumed we would play 3 at the back.

This is a very good Crewe side keep them fit and promotion is a real possibility the bench is so much better than in recent seasons and thus shows in the results we are getting for once the manager can look to the bench to change things and see quality game changers waiting to come on. Great recruitment with a useful crop of our own feels like the good days are just around the corner again.

Yep, the testing time will come if we get any long term injuries especially to players like Long, Powell or Demetrio. It must be said that recruitment has been excellent and credit goes to the management team. Lee Bell is showing himself to be a decent manage and improving every week. Lets hope we keep him.
