And he'd be very wrong Fatfan. My mother always told me every day is a school day, and Marvin desperately needs to read another book on tactics, and to at least take cognisance of the opinions of the fans,.........but as you say, pig headedness will lead to a termination of his contract.
I sincerely hope he adjusts his compass bearing, as he has so much promise, but if he stubbornly maintains his course then unfortunately Marvin is heading for the rocks.

Guys it's quite simple:- we are a Division 1 Scottish football league side and we should be playing like one and not pretending to be something different. Simples as some meerkats would suggest.

Jardi many a Man Utd fan said the same when fergie took over and look what happened due to his pig headedness. Look at Man City under pep jardiola who has always said he will never change the way he thinks the way the game should be played. Most, if not all good managers have a stubbornness about them and will do it their way. My point is let the manager manage and if it doesn’t work out then off he goes, but you should maybe consider that what he is doing may be the right way through time.and bring success. But time and patience is what’s needed, not a reaction because we have lost 4 games and worrying what other teams like Annan are doing

    Fatfan, - I just love Pep Jardiola, - that's a classic!

I'd also love to have your long term reassurance that all is well with the team, - and it may well be, - but like the legend of the wee boy and the leaking dam or dike in Holland, - I think its time to stick the finger in the hole to stop the leaks, - and I'd like to see Marvin stopping the leaks in our defence now, - not when he deems it appropriate!

Jardi why not just say you would like assurances the team would stop leaking goals. No need to talk about sticking things into holes etc. poor choice of example.. Anyway, it’s not for me to guarantee any improvements. Im a supporter and nothing more. I’m sure the manager can see where the faults are and I’m sure he will be working to stop it, but once players are on the pitch the manager is not the one to stop the mistakes, players are the ones that hold that responsibility and certain players are just not up to it or consistent enough, despite you and a lot of others thinking differently.

You are quite correct sir, - it doesn't matter how its dressed up, - we simply request that the manager encourages his players to vary things at the back to prevent avoidable goals, - as Spike said "simples!"

Can someone point me to the highlights of the recent home games as I am struggling to find them?
