Amadoui should have scored from a header (head it back behind the keeper who is flying across the goal in the same direction as the ball we were taught) and we dominated possession for long periods without too much penetration. Terrible set pieces for the most part which I'm
sure VK will correct. One case of slack marking was enough to give manure the win.
Tap, had Amdouni put that header a bit nearer the post it was a goal, just a bit too close to the keeper. Ever so unlucky with the shot that hit the post. We then fell to the sucker punch before half time saw it coming tbh with the way they were shaping.
Missed Foster big time. Fortunately one of the 3 matches is the Salford game, he will be back for the winnable sequence coming up.

Not trying to be too critical of Amadoui wd, I think he will improve and I like his directness. I think our young forwards will come good but when ?

Best performance I've seen from a Burnley side this season. Great strike from that United **** TBF, but you were desperately unlucky and played some great stuff at times. Play like that and you'll be mid table no problem.

Quite a few Burnley fans have not taken to Jimmy Trafford, I'm not sure why because I think we have another England goalkeeper on our hands here.

if he gets coached by the same goalkeeper coach who transformed Muric he will be fine
