Whilst LW is being asked and talking about Jones and Bostock the one thing that stands him out from other Managers/Coaches is that he turns it round to bull up Jim and Chicks who aren't in the team - amazing guy
It could have been Chesterfield as he's based in the midlands

On the recruitment system and team selection considerations: "All the players are mine, none of the players are mine", priceless!

I hope he's not giving too much away, that interview is a lesson in managerial psychology.

Wow what a great 40 minutes listening to a fantastic guy. Some incredible insight, and just how important psychology is in today's game, as to getting the best out of players. I cannot imagine many other managers/coaches come close to the support and respect LW gives his players. You can totally see why they leave everything out there on the pitch. He again dealt with another possibly disruptive issue, involving a player and a fan in a brilliant way, that will lead to CR not getting any negative comments from the fans, I believe. Good that the club were happy to talk about it.

The way he spoke about the rawlinson incident (what happened by the way) was very professional.

We are blessed to have such a great leader in LW. I hope he stays for many years

It wasn't even about football. A chap called Tom Williams who does a lot of statistical analysis on Notts (https://www.ncs-news.co.uk/about) posted on X about a boxing match which seems to have rattled k'inell somewhat:

    Name: Connell's Tweet.jpg
Views: 749

A whole load of people posted support to Tom and basically told [I]k'inell[I] to lay off the shandy. The tweet (or is that the X) was subsequently deleted. Not seen an apology offered.

Poor show all round on Rawlinson's part.

What a great press conference that was, one of the most interesting I’ve heard. He really is heading for the top, just hope it’s with us.

Yes, and I liked the section on CR.
Basically, saying he was wrong but offering a plausible explanation (don't want to use the word an excuse) and also saying that's outside his remit to tell people what they can say and cannot say. I think in this 10min section, LW got this exactly right.
