    Swansea v Norwich

    Swansea v Norwich, Wed 4 Oct, 19:45
After two successive 3-0 wins can we now look forward with optimism to the rest of the season? The wins have given a big confidence boost to the team and it shows. The big question is if we can carry forward this new found confidence into positive results in the next two games before the International break or has it just been a false dawn?
Norwich at home on Wednesday and Plymouth away next Saturday are huge tests and could be season changing games or more disappointment.
Well we’ve had enough of disappointments already this season after going the first seven games of the season without a win culminating in a new low with the Cardiff defeat, so come on the Swans and show the real potential of this squad.

    Swansea 2 (Lowe 3’, Humphreys 83’) - Norwich 1 (Sara 22’)
Another win, another 3 points, this time against quality opposition, as we improve game by game. Norwich put us under the cosh with their wing play, especially with the pace of Rowe but thankfully they squandered a few chances. Their goal came from a fortuitous deflection, we had two penalty shouts and and a disallowed goal, fair result.
