    If they want to stamp out diving they should go back to booking them and suspending them.
    Refs should also be made to be accounted for.
    I suspect the FA will be getting involved;

    and if that's not enough it looks like the QPR fans would go further;

    There was no need, he would appear to be his own worst enemy.

    Nothing to let go of Andy, was just replying to the post from Oz, nothing more. the articles are there for all to see, if they wish, or not, if they don't.

    Doesn't stop me from thinking that Bamford needn't have done what he did, and that the footballing authorities will take any opportunity to f00k us that they are given.

    THERE WAS NO CONTACT!!!!! He (the gk) could have been wielding a f00king nail-studded baseball bat when confronting an approaching attacker but if he doesn't make contact it's all mouth and trousers, no mire, no less.

    And as for the picture, really? Concluding there was a "dangerous challenge" on the strength of one picture when there are copious clips of real live action of the "challenge" from multiple angles and multiple sources that show EXACTLY what took place and PRECISELY what Bamford admitted to (to match officials and the QPR manager), THERE WAS NO CONTACT.

    Tend to agree - the full speed and slower speed replays show there was no contact and the GK was justified in coming out for the ball.

    Bamford’s body language afterwards suggests he didn’t think it was a red or even necessarily a foul either.

    Only my opinion and what counts is the ref’s and the appeal panel but if that is a red …..
