Sutton have sacked Matt Gray this am. They’re pulling the trigger early in the hopes a new man at the helm will pull them clear of relegation. Wonder what the meltdown on here will be like if Stockport put 8 past us on Friday night?
Some may say this weekend is the best time to take them on. We’re in an obvious dip and lacking confidence. Try and do what we can and if we get beaten, so be it, it’s just another to add to the list. Maybe better than being in a rich vein of form and then getting stopped in our tracks?

I think the reality of dropping into the conference and getting stuck there for a period of years is going to make any chairman have his finger near the button, especially after an 8-0 defeat.

Fun Fword stat for the day. There's only 5 clubs who have ever gone 8 or more league games without a defeat at their ground..... Birmingham City, West Ham Utd, West Bromwich Albion, Leeds United and (drum roll) Notts County!

Don't like him really because of how bad he was for England but the photo of Hodgson laughing at Guardiola when they equalised in stoppage time at the weekend is class.

Perhaps they should sign ten more players in January who have never played in England before. That always seems to work.
