    Italian Football

How much will this impact Italian football because I can't see any clubs wanting to buy players from Italian clubs for a while.

it will be worse for them if we find out Milan sold Tonali to us knowing what was coming. The entire media frenzy it would cause if we had proof and started legal action, i dont think Italian football would recover for decades. They have had loads of cheating, bribery, paying refs, gambling etc in their game. If they traded a player with advanced knowledge of illegal repercussions to follow, it would end Italy as a major league. Nobody would deal with them outside of Italy

When you think about it we got a player with his experirnce and ability for a very cheap price when you consider the 100 mill midfield transfers theres been. Could the club have known but decided to gamble and take the hit of a possible ban?

    It's a fair point.

It’s a strong possibility, especially after all the research the team do on new recruits, no doubt it will all come out in the wash.
