    Blackburn v Swansea

    Blackburn v Swansea Sat 28 Oct 15:00
Here we go then, another away day and another good turn out of the Jack Army, some 1k or so apparently plus pay on the day, to support our beleaguered team at Blackburn.
The squad have been training at the EFL’s National Football Centre, St George’s, Burton-on-Trent, with state of the art facilities to aid in their match recovery.
With several players injured it can only help at a critical time after two consecutive home defeats have shunted us down to the depths of the league table in 19th spot.
We have some tough matches ahead and with another International break disruption scheduled in November those matches will be squeezed together.
What we hope for today is a return to the form that got us four straight wins and that the Watford non-showing was only a blip.

Huge win for the Swans, amazingly we’ve not won there since 1972

It was 1971- 72 season actually and Sept 71 when we won there, so 52 years ago!

Relief boys, that’s what I feel after that brilliant win yesterday. I thought we were going into another slump in form, what with the injuries and all that, but fair play we bounced back after those two defeats. Blackburn always a tough place to go. Now a week off before a home game against Sunderland.
