    It is if you are being charged an annual interest rate of between 9% and 24% according to the Soho Green website.

    Worse than that.
    Annual interest payments of between £101k and £271k plus the repayment of the £1,130,322 loan.

    But not much worse than the £100k and £250k estimate made by BCram? In fact I'd say his was a pretty decent estimate.

    I think the floating charge means that repayment has to be made if the asset is sold. Don't think there is a term for the loan, but that might be an error on my part.

    I worked it out using my calculator to the nearest £1k.
    It is still a lot on money to be repaid including the interest on the loan.

    It also states that the loan is secured against the 29.7 acres site at the former NCR Camperdown grounds plus the main entrance of the former NCR Camperdown factory.

    Genuine question. Would you DFC went burst, so you could say I told you so. Or would you rather be the new proposed stadium be a success?
