On the contrary I research things.
The problem is that my research does not agree with Deeranged’s and your own views.

I'm always prepared to admit I'm wrong when properly researched and reported information shows me that I'm wrong. Unlike yourself I don't form an opinion and stick staunchly to it despite evidence demonstrating my opinion to be incorrect. Neither do I state an opinion as irrefutable fact unless I have clear evidence to back up that stance.

Do you see the difference between us now? It's not a bad thing to see things the way you do but it is important that you understand how people can, and will, see your approach to assertion of your opinions. Every now and again you'll come across someone like me who will have no fear in telling you where you're misguided............... You should be thanking me.

That's the point I was trying to make. He puts forward his sources, ie his research, and if you read them they can be very interesting and informative. I wasn't making any reference to the conclusions that he draws from his research. I think his view of DBH/FPS/ John Nelms is hyper critical, in that, in my opinion, he is unable to see any of their actions as beneficial to DFC. At least I can't remember seeing many posts where he has praised them, he does make a lot of posts and I am sure there will be some!

My view is that the new stadium isn't the only way forward for DFC. I think there will be a Plan B but it can't and won't be revealed until the stadium option is concluded.

The Dundee supporters should be worried that the directors of Sandeman Properties Limited borrowed funds from the Isle of Man based financial company Soho Green Cell 0015 putting up the Dens Park Stadium as security for their loan.
The loan was notified to Companies House on 3rd October 2023 the same day as it was announced that the directors of Dens Park DBPH Limited had purchased Sandeman Properties Limited who held the title deeds of the Dens Park Stadium, from John Bennet.
That is why I am suspicious of FPS/DBPH/John Nelms.
