After the mad Madley show on the weekend where the game was ruined by his inept and egotistical refereeing, we must move on and hope he never referees us again.
It’s Ipswich away on Saturday, the newcomers from League One and the surprise package of the Championship. Second in the table with 35 points, 11 wins from 14 games and leading scorers with 35 goals, they are flying at the moment.
This will be as difficult a fixture as they come, their one defeat was at home 3-4 to Leeds way back in August, ex-Swan Piroe scoring on his debut for Leeds.
Ipswich were runners up in League One after a 19 match unbeaten run at the end of last season, finishing with a whopping 6-0 home win over Exeter.
Since promotion under 37 year old manager Kieran McKenna they’ve spent £3.5m on two players, midfielder Jack Taylor from Peterborough and centre-forward George Hirst from Leicester, plus goalkeeper Ceiran Slicker undisclosed fee and three loan transfers from PL clubs.
McKenna came to Ipswich with pedigree and was previously assistant manager to Jose Mourinho and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Man Utd.
He was Championship manager of the month for September.
Michael Duff knows all about McKenna and Ipswich from last season when he was in charge of Barnsley. They drew 2-2 away and lost 0-3 at home against promotion rivals Ipswich, the goals coming from Broadhead, Hirst and Chaplin, all three still with Ipswich and still banging in the goals this season.
Swans will be without Patino after his two yellows/red card one match ban, assume Fulton will start in his place. Injured Key and Kuharevich will not be ready for this match.

After starting so well and taking the lead, we were second best throughout as Ipswich cut through us with ease.
The score doesn’t reflect the Blues dominance and they could have scored a hat full.
Ashby, who was having a poor game, conceded the penalty and was eventually subbed.
Cullen got his second yellow, very harsh (again) and we were down to ten men for the second successive match.
Last five minutes Lowe scored a great solo goal and we almost equalised in the last minute, the goalkeeper saving Lowe’s pass with Fulton inches away from scoring.
Don’t be fooled by the scoreline though as this game was mostly one sided.
We’re back in the lower half of the table again and fingers need to be pointed at our defence, who at times were a shambles.
Theres a two week break now to sort it out and for injured players to return.
