    Tindall

    Loved this from the Chronicle.

    Vintage Tindall on the touchline
Jason Tindall involved in a touchline spat? That's a first... The Newcastle assistant faced off with a very angry Reece James just moments before the half-time whistle, with the pair exchanging some choice words.

James, in all fairness, had just been clotheslined by Joelinton after pinching the ball from him. But after finally getting to his feet, it was clear something had been said to Chelsea man from the direction of the Newcastle bench.

Seconds later, James was being held back as he repeatedly shouted 'sit down' to Tindall on the touchline. Thiago Silva eventually pulled him away as the Toon assistant stood his ground.

Tindall would have the last laugh later in the clash, with the Chelsea skipper receiving two second-half yellow cards to add to the Blues' misery.

    Sterling taunted
Another of Chelsea's English stars who had to deal with shouts from the sidelines was Raheem Sterling. The forward was public enemy number one throughout the afternoon after appearing to go down far too easily before his stunning goal, before winding up Kieran Trippier up in the second-half with a number of fouls on the right-back.

Each time Sterling touched the ball, he was roundly booed by home supporters thanks to his role in the build up to Chelsea's only goal. Again, it would be Newcastle who had the last laugh.

With the score at 3-1, fans in the Gallowgate corner chanted: "Sterling, what's the score?" There was also a little taunt from supporters over his continued absence from the England setup: "Southgate's right, you're f****** s****."

Sterling trudged off the pitch, to boos, moments later after Gordon had notched the final goal of the game.

i love the way Tindall gets under the skin of every team we play, he takes the heat off Eddie, he's the perfect foil for him.

Eddie remains focussed and calm on the game while Tindall gets all the shlt lol
