Can't really call that a tackle, Cash isn't looking at the ball but slo-mo I guess makes it look much worse? He's not a dirty player and had it not been a "big 6" club no more would've been said.

Cash made no contact clear and simple on the shin pad, at no point did he make contact with his ankle, maybe he did it tripping over a blade of grass when he played on?
