    Turnbull add-ons due???

Just to change the subject from our performances on the field...

When Celtic bought Turnbull, wasn't there add-ons put into the contract?
The most obvious would be a sell-on clause, but is there one in this case?
Is the club due a % of any deal if Celtic sold Turnbull before his contract expires?
If he signs on a new contract, staying at Celtic, how does that scenario impact Motherwell's bank account?
Do we lose any sell-on clause?

Best of luck to him, but would be nice at this time if the club got more cash out of that transfer.
When sold we heard the money received would be transformative to the club.
Other than maintaining the best playing surface in the country, I haven't noticed anything significant from that income in all the time since he left. Which is saying a lot since there was quite a few deals in that timeframe where the cash was coming in.

Or has it all gone to paying of managers contracts?

There was a lot of stadium work as well, new seats, front of east stand etc. And to say maintained the surface is an understatement of just what went on there in fixing the slope. Plus management pay-offs etc as you say.

Sell-on is reportedly 15% of the profit, whether he's sold under this contract or next doesn't matter. Obviously if he leaves for free in summer we're on nothing.
