Ultimately the Chairman makes the calls and has to take responsibility for success or failure.
We have success inevitably followed by failure.
He chose MT as our manager because he fitted the profile set out by the Chairman and Board members. They evidently got it wrong and we are where we are because of it.
In addition, the last two interviews given by the Chairman that I have seen, gave me the impression he was impersonating W C Fields
