Scrappy game. Dominant for long periods and should have had more chances/goals. 12 shots off target, 7 on target and 5 blocked. Midfield good going forward but distinctly absent when Fleetwood drove forward through the middle allowing them to progress 30 or 40 yards without a challenge. That lack of a midfield challenge is a consistent facet of most games this season and may come back to bite us if we don't sort it. Another decent cameo from JJ with a goal as the icing... where might we be if he'd been available all season? 2 good strikes from Collo. Fapetu showed well again in his short cameo. Weston looked lively again, making a couple of good runs but the pass wasn't made and the one where it was he was just offside. Bird had another good un. Vickers called into action twice and dealt with it. Another day, another win. Onwards and upwards

I rather think a good holding midfielder who can scrap should be the No 1 target in January!

Something I've said for a while. Someone in mold of Seth/Hudds/GT... obviously we won't get anyone of their calibre but that type is what we need.

Good solid win, keeps the feel good factor going. Down to last 16 so who knows? Game time for one or two so all round a good night's work.
However, more important games to come starting with a trip to the 'Orient' on Sat. Coyr.

Lots of positives...but that’s it in a nutshell. Sort it in January or pay the price.

If only it was that easy, identify the player you want and get him in!
