Well I must say, seeing most of your posts that you yourself are addicted. To depression, you seem to see the worst depths in everything. I feel more sorry for you than I do for Tonali. At least he appears, on the surface of things to be on the way to recovery.

We all feel hurt after a poor performance and a loss. The thing to do is look at the big picture. We will win again this season and we will lose games, so why get too hung up on one or the other?
Also, if football didn’t make us feel these emotions then it wouldn’t be interesting and, ironically, without the hurt of defeat, you wouldn’t feel the rush of winning.
