11 an a half working days

Till Linda ( sorry Santa ) brings us planning permission application for the new stadium.

Nobody seems overly fussed that another definite deadline is about to be breeched.

The last time JN missed the deadline for the submitting the application for full planning permission he stated that the traffic numbers on the Kingsway were out of date and it would take a couple of months to obtain new figures.
From memory I think that was to take place in April and May 2023.

How can you get interested about something thats not going to happen ?
IT would be more feasible and cheaper to re - design Dens park, starting with demolishing the Derry. and building a new stand.

Once the loan for the new stand was paid off, the next stage would be demolishing the present stand and building a new stand.

Mind you, been waiting over 30 years for a decent tannoy system in the DERRY !

Perhaps Linda meant to say by the end of a calendar year.
The next Pre Application Notice meeting is due to be held in September 2027.
