    Mmm, stranger things happen.

Over the years of reading about team building from ex-players, managers & fans books about their times with Leeds, the ones that come to mind are the 88/89 & 89/90 Strachan views along with members of the O'Leary season '98 onwards players various observations too.

Bluntly, after reading most, there is no room for sentiment as all those successful teams only had the nucleus of 3 or 4 genuinely talented youngsters worth a starting place gelled with experience having been bought in !

Not easy 'today' as players mindsets are different behind the expected "team ethos public facade" that we'd all like to traditionally believe exists.

Certainly reads of Bielsa career books one quickly realises the benefits of personality, youth, experience & how the local born player imput factor was so successful in team building too.

Farke is no mug & knows what is required now, interim & later behind the scenes, as hopefully the Board will too, Spaldy.

Haven't seen anything wrt this, but neither should be taken back, under any circumstances. Sinisterra made it very clear he wanted away and his form and fitness make it even more unlikely we would ever want him back, and Aaronson simply isn't good enough (never was) to play for LUFC.

Looks like to might be what Spaldy was referring to (at least as regards Aaronson).

Drivel of the first order, and hopefully not reflective of what Farke thinks, no matter what the journo might dream of.

And this wrt Sinisterra. Rather keep Antony despite his lack of minutes on the pitch than some turncoat who wouldn't want to be at ER anyway.

    Hey Mrs O

Sinisterra is the best player on our books so could make a huge difference to the squad.

Aaronson better get in the gym if he is coming back.

Not completely against it as long as they put in the work to earn their place.

Neither would walk straight into the team at the moment, but never say never?
