What are the terms of the loan?
I have never stated that I would not mind DFC going out of business. You are correct that I am very suspicious about FPS especially since they borrowed funds from the Isle of Man based financial company SohoGreen on 3rd October 2023 putting up the Dens Park Stadium as security for their loan. This loan if not repaid in full including interest could result in Dundee Football Club being homeless.
What are the terms of the loan?
No wonder. Nelms stated a pack of lies about the visit my wife and I made to the Gardyne offices on Friday 7th October 2022. Nelms is only interested in Yes men and people who do his bidding.
He also broke the Data Protection Act by revealing a submission made by a member of the public after they attended the latest Pre Application Notice meeting in the Landmark Hotel on 26th September 2022 to other members of the public.
If you are not worried about Dens Park Stadium being used as security for a loan on 3rd October 2023 by the Sandeman Properties Limited directors whose holding company is Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited then that is up to you.
However the directors of Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited also borrowed money from Soho Green on 24th November 2022 putting the whole of 29.7 acres Campy Nou site plus the former NCR Camperdown factory entrance up as security for their loan.
I suggest that you read the Soho Green website for details about borrowing money from them.
At 3rd October 2023 Soho Green were advertising loans at a monthly interest rate of between 0.95% and 2% which equates to between 11.40% and 24% per annum.
The interest rate for borrowing money from them at the end of November 2022 was between 0.75% and 2% per month which equates to between 9% and 24% per annum.
See thom SNP MP advocating ground share, not at campy though.
We either need dens to get a massive revamp or move, don't think dens is feasible so new ground for me.
I only hope they have a plan for the traffic.
Was at the campy leisure park last night and traffic was very busy with ice hockey playing at home.
I enclose the Soho Green website where you will see that they offer bridging loans of between 1 month - 36 months in length at a current borrowing rate of between 0.95% and 2% per month which equates to between 11.40% and 24% per annum.
They also offer super sized loans of up to £20 million for a maximum period of 12 months. https://sohogreen.co.uk/
You would need to ask John Nelms what interest rate Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited and Sandeman Properties Limited are being charged for their respective loans.
