    Here's an idea. Why don't we just believe that the referees are unbiased and would not seek to make any decision which might or might not benefit a team they support ? Then if some Club is desperate enough to mutter otherwise then they should be politely ignored.
    I agree Sub to a point however in a percentages scenario if you look at it now it’s not just the ref is it it’s 3 men in a box 100 miles away who can influence a game.

    The referee is one thing but Var is also in the equation now - imo anyway.

    My views on VAR are well known, I have been against it since it was first mentioned. I do not want any football match officiated by a committee. Three people on the field can do more than an adequate job, it's a shame that FIFA do not think so!
