Bolton or Pompey would be more likely in my opinion , strengthens their bench and squad whilst taking away a goalscorer from a rival .

We have history to contend with here when Moncur went to Luton and Isgrove to Pompey .

Burnley may be about to sell him to another club.

Dodgson didn't make a single first team appearance for Burnley, then made 18 on loan at Rochdale and 10 with Barnsley. I doubt if Burnley are looking to play him in the Premiership.

I think Burnley are probably wanting more game time for the lad than what he's had here , a regular starter every game form permitting of course .

Barnsley are hoping to keep goalkeeper Liam Roberts, who has impressed on loan from Middlesbrough, but there is a recall clause in January
    (Barnsley Chronicle)

Hopefully no club becomes impressed enough to make a decent bid to Boro.

    Here’s the first CB rumour.

    Donovan C. Pines
    (age 25)
    From Clarksville, Maryland, United States
    6 ft 5 CB.

Donovan Pines played for the Maryland Terrapins men's soccer team and is currently a professional soccer player on the roster of D.C. United.

Pines also previously played college soccer for the University of Maryland, and for D.C. United's Academy. His father is current University of Maryland president, Darryll Pines.

    Fits the spreadsheet lol.

To be fair Poggy I would be more than happy if we were signing this lad but I think he is out of our league , he has 2 caps for the USA and is just the type of player who could improve us but alas I think he will end up at a club somewhere in the world further up the food chain , he is valued at £2 million and no doubt his wages woujd be a problem , our last signing from the States turned out well & more of the same would be great .
