A centre half pairing of Denholm & Graham is frightening.

The very little we've seen of Denholm says to me; keep him well away from our starting 11!

There is no Denholm, it's Denham but agree with TTT though

He has been on the bench lately , I would imagine he would be good enough

Don’t understand the manager’s thinking on Tuesday against Arbroath. When McMann went off we had two full backs on the bench yet he put Cudjoe on and shifted Middleton to left back. What are Freeman and Duffy doing on the bench if they are not thought good enough to fill in for twenty minutes or so when we were 3-0 up. It also raises the question of what we will do should McMann not recover in time for Saturday. Those twenty minutes could have a been a warm up for one of them. Or are we going to weaken our attack by playing Middleton at left back.? I certainly wouldn’t play Holt at left back as we are then weakening our central defence.

Imagining, is not recommended. It's similar to "should, might , probably, hopefully, please God FFS etc..."

Would defo not play an untried. Holt has played left-back plenty times (nearly a whole season once) and as JG mentioned GM has played the left wing-back role. Freeman??? not so sure, but .....

In saying that, we don't know how bad the injury really is. We have plenty options, albeit not ideal. Not too many I would panic about though.

Yi never know, a wee bit Deep Heat and a bag oh frozen peas, SMc might be back in no time.

No ones made more appearances than McMann under JG, very reliable usually and not injury prone so hopefully he's OK for Saturday

The drop off from out starting 11 is quite frightening, the bench is shocking, a serious injury in centre defence and we are toiling, more so Gallagher, as Gallagher - Graham is more natural fit than squeezing two left footed centre halves in Holt and Graham. We saw how Falkirk ran us ragged with a few changes. Said in the diddy cup I couldn't understand why Goodwin wasn't given Flynn a run out, even if he didn't rate him, surely more reason not to risk McMann if he is your only full back, and at least he'd have a had a few games. You could get away with Holt-Graham-Gallagher-Grimshaw if all fit. Fingers crossed neither McMann or Gallagher is out, but it's an ongoing concern the lack of depth.
