    OT The Darts

Get yer money on Luke winning.

Head says the older one, heart says the younger one. Here's hoping the heart wins.

I'm thinking we are seeing the emergence of the dominant force in the game for the rest of my (our) lives....

There’s a comforting thought. Thanks GP...glad I don’t watch darts. Anything else to brighten the day for those of us reaching or nearing 70 in 2024?
Will we ever see Derby in the Premier League...will we see the Ashes reclaimed again...have we witnessed our only England football and rugby
    World Cup wins?

And on a more depressing note I can think of three non league teams who have been as successful (or more successful) as the Rams in the FA Cup and League Cup in my lifetime - including your beloved Pine Villa

Luke the younger looks older than Luke the older. But Luke the older is a southerner rather than a gnarled northerner....

Luke the elder used to challenge the scales and has lost a lot of weight, Luke the younger seems to have a lot of puppy fat and there was me thinking it was cats that got used for kebabs...

    Said the gnarled southerner.
If he’s 16 he’s certainly going to be a ‘big’ lad...in the grand tradition of darts. Is he a candidate for next year’s ‘spoty’?
Possibly not...on the basis that darts isn’t a sport. Oops...contentious!
