Thread: Twine off to Bristol City.

    Twine off to Bristol City.

The lad has been recalled from his loan to the Tigers to become a permanent Robin at Bristol City.

    Done deal.

See you again next season Scotty.

Good luck to the lad, it's a good move for him, he was prolific for Manning at MK Dons, hopefully he can work the oracle for Scott again.

Correction: "The agreement does not include an option to buy, as was the case with Taylor Gardner-Hickman's loan from West Brom, but there is a confidence that if the 24-year-old proves a success a more long-term resolution can be reached, albeit without the security such a clause would provide."

Read somewhere that Hull played him on the wing, which isn't his position due to lack of pace.

Lets hope his old Gaffer gets a tune out of him, then he can start next season full of confidence

Saw him in a few games and he was shunted out onto the wing with Delap playing more central. He'll be better off at Bristol, Manning clearly knows how to get the best out of him.

Good luck to him, he looked phenomenal before we plucked him.

To be honest CiB, I can't say that I have, even Twine at Hull and Bristol City is playing at a higher level than he was when we signed him.

I don't think the lad is capable of playing in the physical hustle & bustle of the EPL. He's a lovely little footballer but I'd like to break even on the transaction and move on. No criticism meant of the lad, he's just not for us.
