KSC 110 club closes for good.

    I'm gobsmacked I really am.

Personally I blame LCC and Burnley Council for this fiasco.

How can you possibly trade with a bomb site on your front door?

I haven't been in for a while but before I moved abroad it was our preferred prematch pint venue, always busy. it's always sad to hear of another watering hole closure.

Been in the 110 Club before a game many a time. For one of my mates back in the bad old days it was obligatory, '4 pints in the 110 Club before a game is the only way I can bring myself to go on and watch them'. I knew exactly what he meant.

Meanwhile, I was driving on a 450 mile round trip to the Turf to watch dross and couldn't even have a drink ----sinkov, you were lucky!

It does sound like something that back in the day a good fire and insurance claim couldn't have put right, maybe the insurance companies have long since got wise to that one and it's not an option any more.

I mentioned on here a couple of weeks ago mon ami, trying to negotiate safe passage either on foot or by vehicular transportation between the Mecca roundabout and Turf Moor is fraught with danger.

LCC & Burnley Council need to be held to account for this mess.

How long has this been dragging on for mon ami, I'm sure I was reading about it in summer.

This club closing was mentioned yesterday by BBC 5 Live presenter Tony Livesey, he said he was always in it before going to a game.
