O/T Premier league fair play rules

Watching sky sports transfer show. They are allowed to incur £105 million losses over 3 seasons. Two on there are saying if they've got money they should be allowed to spend it. But weren't these rules brought in so you couldn't just buy success leaving rest of the premiership just making the numbers up? Championship it's more competitive now cause of the fair play league.

Nonsense argument from Sky, as clearly any team posting a £100m loss HASN'T got the money.

They gave Newcastle as an example whose owners worth billions so it's not a case of not having the money saying they could be close to that limit over 3 seasons.

It's not fair play now there is VAR and 5 Subs !
Its so weighted for the big clubs.

    Hardly any cup shocks anymore!

If it's not broken then break it! in today's world!

    Apologies for the rant.

Newcastle have suddenly found a Saudi club that wants to pay £80 million for Almiron.

What a stroke of luck that is.

I smell a rat because I know we offered them TE for half that amount and they turned us down
