I suppose efficient is the word of the day. 39% possession, 10 shots to their 11, both had 3 on target. We managed to put one away.

Adams lucky to only get a yellow, most refs would have given red. Was knackered by HT. Gillespie should have seen red for the stamp. Sibs yellow was a travesty. Bird excellent, CH improved, Adams provides them the freedom they've been missing. Back 3 and keeper solid.

Ref was an enigma. They seemed to get away with a lot that we didn't. Some of his decisions were bemusing to say the least. His first Rams game apparently and I hope the last.

Consensus seems to be that the addition of Adams, as the ball winning midfielder we’ve needed for some time, made the difference yesterday.
Re. NML, fingers crossed not too serious. With regard to Adams, not seen any of the game so can't comment but it seems he provides some midfield muscle that we've lacked though from MA's report perhaps his game time might be somewhat interrupted by the odd ban!!
Another 3 points on the board if not a classic. As Swale says its the result that counts.

I watched it but missed his booking so can't comment , the stamp on him was blatant but the ref missed it, assume there will be some retrospective action. Sibley booking was ridiculous, only delay was the substitution, it was clear the ref was itching to book someone though.
