I think there needs to be a complete clean out of the senior SNP figures and the civil servants who have so obviously sold their principles. The civil servants work for the people of Scotland not the bunch of politicians who happen to be elected.

I would like to know who told Nicola and her pals that they could delete their WhatsApp messages. I'd like to know how they managed to create a system where the materiality of a message could be assessed by either the sender or the recipient.

The media seem to think that Nicola made the tough decisions and have cut her some slack because she cried. Self serving Crocodile tears seems to be the assessment of some of the families who lost relatives to covid.
I think the destruction of the WhatsApp messages has weakened the SNP case. They cannot deny any allegation because the evidence that they might have been able to rely on has been destroyed, along with the bad stuff.
Can't see the fuss of the WhatsApp messages tbh , we all know what decisions they made , the science and data was the same as the uk , the decisions that both the uk and scotland were both broadly the same , what are people saying they are hiding ,
On the one hand the covid bereathed group seem to be saying the didn't act quickly enough and restrictions should have been tougher ,
On the other hand plenty of folk are saying there was no need for lockdowns and restrictions
    So can't be both ?

For example In todays session the kc was implying she didn't ban mass gatherings quickly enough , then 5 mins later accused her of jumping the gun in announcing the ban of mass gatherings

Civil servants are supposed to work for the people of Scotland but the police, the civil service, the judiciary are ALL in the establishments ( the SNP cabal ) pocket.

After the next election they will be in cahoots with whoever wins and are in power ,
Hillsborough springs to mind as an example

Agree with all of that. What pissed me off most was the Saint Nicola image of 'I am making a better job of it than the nasty (hiss) UK government' but to all intents and purposes the UK and Scottish governments faced the same problems, made the same mistakes and got they few things that they got right more or less equally. Nicoliar and her shower of incompetent crooks sought to politicize things at every point and as I said in an earlier post slagged off Boris mercilessly and tried to bring independence and all her made up grievances to the fore. I'm no apologist for Boris who I think is more than a bit of a buffoon but if Nicoliar regards him as an effing clown then surely she is one too.

Her tears today only confirmed my view of her as a better actor than a politician. Once it looked like her whole aura was collapsing she quit despite saying only weeks earlier that she had enough in the tank to carry on. A despicable politician and person. Personally I've got more time for Boris despite thinking of him as a buffoon.

I think that the WhatsApp messages were deleted to avoid them having to be released under Freedom of Information requests.
Nicoliar stated that she adhered to Scottish Government rules regarding the deleting of WhatsApp messages but she omitted to say who in the Scottish Government decided this WhatsApp rule.
In my opinion Nicoliar should have been asked by the KC who in the Scottish Government decided to introduce this rule regarding the deletion of WhatsApp messages and when did this rule come into force.
I would not be surprised if this WhatsApp rule came into force when Nicoliar was the First Minister of Scotland.

And the biggest mistakes won't even be addressed - the mistakes in closing down society on some ****ed up power trip, building emergency hospitals and mortuaries that were never used and closing hospitals effectively sentencing chronic patients to suffer whilst nurses and doctors danced in TikTok videos.

Worst of all was of course listening to scientists spout their continual ifs buts and maybes then taking their worst case scenarios as predictions of the way it was definitely going. Half of us would be dead right now if their worst case predictions came to pass; as it was it didn't even get as bad as their best case predictions. Every one of them, politicians, scientists and TikTok dancers with nothing better to do all day should be jailed.

The so called science behind this, is not being challenged at all, infact it's the opposite, sturgeon was only challenged on why she didn't lockdown more quickly/harder/longer
