    Southgate

    On display this Saturday:

    18 English players - Newcastle V Luton.
    12 English players - Everton V Spuds.
12 English players - Sheff Utd V Villa
    10 English players - Brighton V Palace.
    5 English Players - Burnley v Fulham

Where did Southgate go. . . he went to Amsterdam, to watch Jordan Henderson.

    What a joke.

He knows what Henderson can do, he knows that Henderson is to slow now.

But will that stop him picking him, will it hell.

    What a joke.

I remember being quite shocked last time I saw England; Kalvin Phillips and Maguire were starting, both having been benched at their respective clubs and hardly playing at the time. This type of inflexibility not only shows that Southgate has his darlings, but it will also cost him the job. His darlings aren't good enough anymore.

English managers always fall into the trap of being loyal to players. Southgate will find out when they England meet teams like Spain or France at the Euros

Aye - Loyalty in itself isn't a bad thing.

But when those players aren't playing, or are playing in such an uncompetive league as Henderson was prior.

I still can't get my head around it, absolute joke by Southgate.

Aye and I'm pretty sure those players themselves who aren't playing wouldn't hold it against him if they weren't pucked.

Just one word sums him up. Useless.

Where has he ever earned the credentials to merit the National job over dozens of managers with a wealth of experience.
