Has to be the manner and the timing in which we lost Humphreys and Blackett. From that point onwards, the defence has been makeshift, and still is. We still only have one fit CB. I accept Odoffin has done well but fundamentally, if we were going to survive this season, we absolutely needed a settled defence.

How the hell can someone blame Paul Warne for this season,he left 18 months ago !
Plus he actually left us in a position we rarely see at this level.....anyway,to answer the question sensibly,not one moment really,but too many injuries early on killed us,plus not replacing Chieo or Wiles with a similar player has stopped us threatening teams most games.
