Unfortunately that score line flattered Burnley. We were absolutely pathetic in defence, but also lacked any midified or striking capability.

although we have several players out on loan, we may be better is we loaned out the management team. The team looked comletely devoid of any ideas.

That is the scary thing VC.They are totally lacking any cohesion and it is beginning to look like VC has lost the plot and the changing room.We were beaten today before a ball was kicked. The heads go down too easily for me.No fight left in them.

    Words fail me. 🤫

No effort whatsoever, what happened to the side that played OK against Liverpool?
No cohesion, no wanting the ball,no pride in playing for the club badge.. Obviously these Johnny foreigners have no idea of playing with pride for our club.. no effort whatsoever.

    Yep. But answer me this:
Why in Jan do we loan players that we pay for, to give them premier league experience? While our players for next season's championship are sat on the bench or loaned out?
Why are we not giving our players the experience. 5/11 players today are loaned and going back... What's the fcking point in this?

We are a team without a goalie who commands his area, we are a team without a central midfielder who martials the defence and feeds the attack, we are a team without a goal scoring predator and we are a team without a captain who brings it all together and inspires confidence, but we do have the best fans in all four divisions and Haffners pies to boot.

ps. i think I'll give MOTD a miss tonight.

The reason for it is that VK hasn’t given up on surviving in the PL yet. He is a winner with a never say die attitude. I’ve been against loaning players from the start. It’s like steroids… faster growth but not sustainable. Maybe come April we’ll see some of the players from last season again. If he doesn’t give them any time in the PL it’s pointless to have them fight for promotion again next year. Then he’ll have to yet again change most of the team to try to survive.

I'm scratching my nut to think of a more one-sided game.

We never got near them, nor laid a glove on them.

    Horrible to watch.

Yes, that was one of the most one side games in my life and I must have watched us well over a 1000 times
No getting over the lack of fight, we never once got in their faces, not even a shot on goal.

Are you still in the Kompany camp BT?

I got a link to work at 3.05, we were already 1-0 down, I watched for a couple of minutes and then thought 'feck this for a game of soldiers' and went back to the horse racing on ITV. Seems like it was a good decision.
