Not a bad core team and a solid building block for next season

I would keep Clucas. He reads the game well, has a ton of experience and mostly injury free. If Morrison stays fit and sees this season out then I would also like to see him captain the team in L1.
Hugill can go. Happy with Nombe, Eaves and Green. Would rather see his wage going towards some decent wingers that can put a ball in.

I will be blunt….if most that lot is kept you may as well forget it. Ridiculous. Talk sense.

My post was on a 'needs must' basis. Eaves is contracted to us next season and I can't imagine he will be easy to offload given the terms he is on.The only way it could happen is if a club offer him a 2/3 year deal on reduced terms which is also a stretch.He will be better in League 1,in fact his game is more conducive to it.The gap in standard has never been wider.Out of a 25 man squad,if Tom Eaves is our 4th or 5th choice striker then that isn't a bad benchmark to compare to many other League 1 squads.

Hell fire. How in god’s name can the following be better in D1.
