In regards to Omeg, a really intelligent poster but f u c k me, my heads exploding a third of the way down his one paragraph posts.

Did you not do paragraphs at school Omeg?
Sorry guys, will try to do better! 😞😂😂

As for Paul Bradshaw, sorry to learn of his passing but whilst I remember him playing for Wolves I must admit I only very vaguely remember his time with us. Given he only made 8 appearances for us in 85/86 and then 6 when he came back between 88 and 90 maybe not so surprising......(sorry, couldn't resist Dubs &#128513

Osbourne left Albion in 77 mate, Bradshaw arrived in 85 for his first short stint with us.

Godden left us in 86 but seem to remember that we loaned him out a few times towards the end of his time with us? He then went on to Chelsea and later Blues

I wouldn't read too much into that Dubbs. 2, 851ish of those views were probably down to Omeg' clicking back and forth trying to work out how to use his space bar instead of the full stop function 😆 😂 🤭 😉.

The older you get - I am in my 60s - the more you tend to notice people you once knew or famous faces dying. Never used to think about it 10 years ago. Always remember Phil’s “Death-o-Meter” test thread … I think I am forecast to go at 83. Which would be an achievement these days.

Know what you mean! It does seem that so many of the cultural icons of my youth have now passed, whether from film/tv, sport or music. Some passed too soon but sobering to think that most were in their eighties which isn't so very far away in the scheme of things. More of worry to me is that both my parents are now 90 and whilst in relatively good health for their age I'm still dreading the inevitable. I suppose your sixties is also when you generally first begin to feel the affect of ageing so whilst the mind thinks one thing, the body tells you something else!😁 Perhaps this creeping sense of our own mortality is what also begins to kick start the Victor Meldrew syndrome in many of us at this age-or is that just me? Hey ho, carpe diem and all that.
