I'm not sure, but he may have four years left on his contract, I don't think they're even considering replacing him, but if they were they might come to the conclusion they couldn't afford to, it certainly wouldn't have been budgeted for.

He has 4 years left mon ami but then again so did SD.

Truly I have no idea what is going on with ALK. Who does?

I have expressed grave reservations about them in the past mon ami, but you pooh-poohed me and told me to stop moithering about them. It's all going Pete Tong on the field, and god knows what the finances are like off it.

A little transparency might help mon ami.

Alan Pace cannot keep on turning up with former NLL stars who are handing out $10 million dollar cheques can he?

I wonder if his "Five Year Plan" included two relegations and one promotion?

Judging by “Mission To Burnley” relegation was not planned. Dwight McNeil was sold, the wage bill cut with players like Ben Mee dispensed with. A squad of young, less experienced players assembled.

Promotion, that we all welcomed, was ahead of the business plan.

No business plan is set in stone. It has to adapt. It may well be that ALK has adjusted the plan to accommodate a relegation then a possible return to the PL.

I for one would prefer us to be in the Champioship with no VAR than being in the PL.

$10 million dollar cheques are not gifts. They don't get handed out by NFL players who have only just found out Burnley exists. They come with strings attached, they will want interest plus return of their money.

Saw some stats yesterday that said Palace had had 16 (might have been 18) PL managers, Glasner was only the 2nd one to win his first game, the other one was Alan Pardew. New Manager Bounce Bollox.
