I’ll only form an opinion when I see him play in a PL game.

5 minute compilation of Almiron best moments makes him look like a Messi

He's really stepped up to the standards of the Eredivisie. Will this season be enough to see him compete at the same standard in the higher level of the EPL.

That decision will be up to Howe and The Mad Dog to evaluate over pre-season. However it gives us a great option on the right. He looks like a guy with end product, goals and assists. Something, that Miggy doesn't have. If we can get money for Miggy, stick with Murphy we can put that cash towards a quality striker.

True.. however his number have been good this season.. Almirons haven't..

I just hope he's given a chance next season and we can use the money for elsewhere that needs improving

The only way we'll find out if he can cut it would be to get him training with the lads pre-season and see where that takes him.

To be fair though, Antony looked good there.

I wonder if we have any irons in the fire for the summer? Tonali back, injuries cleared up, no Europe. We could be on again for another decent season. I am pretty sure training has been severely curtailed since before Christmas due to the injuries which has had a knock on effect to performances.
