    Given that the owners own the land and a lot of materials, they could actually make a profit if they sold it as a themed venue with all the publicity

    I suppose the flies in that particular ointment would be previous company profits and or land values of properties within a wider portfolio prior to the fire. I'd have a look on Companies House if I had any idea what I was looking at. Oh well 😃.
