A win at last and something for the fans to celebrate though judging from recent improved performances it was only a matter of time until the 3 points were earned.

Nathan Jones continues to build a committed and energetic team of players. Bringing some left out and giving them confidence in their abilities and a steely defence.

Derby opened the scoring, Eiran Cashin giving his side the lead, so the Add1cks came from behind for the win showing greater intensity in the 2nd half when Chuks Aneke and Alfie May came on.

Daniel Kanu was fouled by the Derby GK and May scored the penalty. With 10 minutes to go Kanu also struck at goal, his shot was saved but Karoy Anderson scored from the rebound.

With eight minutes added on, Isted made a great save and is proving his worth in goal. The Add1cks held on for the win and a much needed confidence boost to show what they can do going forward.

Derby goal: Cashin 39

Charlton goals: May (pen) 65, Anderson 80
