    Thing about this story.

If boy hadn't went to sun courier wud be running exactly the same narrative.

If a woman or bairn had have been within 100 yds they wuda wanted him on register.

I wonder what the policy is with knocking on someone's door asking to use the toilet, probably a sacking offence under current tyrants who seem to be in charge

Same with invergowrie postie, boy possibly about to lose job for having an opinion.

The problem is the amount of free public lavies that have shut in Dundee in the last 25 years , , he possibly could’ve driven to a close by pub depending on what time the pish took place , in Dundee in the last 25 years the bogs on the Arbroath rd , top of dura st , swannie ponds , dens on dens rd , lochee park , and I believe castle st although not sure about them , , possibly even more also so many garages have closed where you used to be able to get the lavie keys on asking for them ,

No, the problem is the guy pulled out his dick and pished on somebody's property. Against the law and against the rules of common decency - absolutely zilch to do with public lavvies that closed down years, even decades, ago.

Maybe JDFC can tell us what the procedure is?

I think the postie been done up like a kipper.

Damned if he knocked damned if he never.

When I have workies outside, they use the garden rather than trail thru the manor.

J as you know i was a postie for a decent amount of time,i asked the union ump**** times to install portaloo type toilets between ever 4 or 6 walks, batted out the park,

what some people dont realise is what happens if you chap a door for a pee and the person has dementia, misplaces a ring or watch and then remembers you have been let in for a pee.

royal mail failing the public and its employees aided and abetted by a few so called union men!(no u lol)the union should be protecting the postie as rm should, ffs sometimes a condition gets worse without being noticed,i know of one postie who had a pee in a bush then fell, only then did an undiagnosed conition get diagnosed.

also knew a female postie who actually got refused entry to a hotel now gone good riddence toilet despite being the hotels postie, compare that with john from jollies who would welcome you on a rainy day with a bowl of soup,or the guy from the royal along wth jeff stewart when he had the ferry inn who always bought you an christmas meal.***n staggering why an employee of prob the biggest employer in the uk cant privde their staff with a safe place to have the toilet in this day and age,me i widv jumped in the car and pissed thru noahs letterbox lol

I've never at any point said I haven't pished outside.

However, I have never, in the execution of a service, stopped in somebody's private garden, whipped out my dick and pished on their hydrangea.

For the record I was in the RAF and not really subject to the same conditions that army grunts were. We were so much more cultured than them and had access to adequate facilities at all times. We even washed our hands after.

For the record, and all joking aside, I think it's scandalous if posties genuinely aren't provided with adequate facilities while at work. OK, it's an out and about job and they can't exactly carry toilets with them, but surely some arrangements can be arrived at with shops, post offices, pubs etc. on their routes?

As regards the guy with the camera going to The Sun - bell end of a boy, absolutely no need for that at all. Bit of consideration wouldn't have gone amiss there. Doesn't excuse what the postie did but really out of order going to the papers. A quick 'FFS mate, what the feck?' would've surely done?

Most regular posties will have somewhere they know they can go or someone to ask, as you know this wouldn’t be the same for holiday / sick cover posties
