"The unexamined life is not worth living" Socrates said. Are the Forum are in agreement?

Through this statement, Socrates means that an unexamined human life is deprived of the meaning and purpose of existence. To become fully human means to use our highly developed faculty of thought to raise our existence above that of mere beasts
    .

I might concur if I knew what old Socrates meant by unexamined. I prefer I'm pink therefore I'm Spam.

Shame on me, I didn't realise this forum still existed
Absolutely fed up with the bullying and people having multiple usernames on UTC I needed to get away
I won't agree with everything, but I'll be polite in doing so

I don’t know much about Socrates or his thinking.

He could be referring to experiencing what life has to offer. Another possible is thinking about the purpose and meaning of life.

I agree with both of those, provided that one does not lead to ruin by “examining” hard drugs, for example, or navel gazing on the meaning of life.

Life is for living and experiencing the highs and lows, the good and the bad.
