The boffins state we live in an interruption based culture that can be damaging to productivity.

They also say the number one cause of distraction is not what is happening outside of us but rather that distraction begins from within.
So it's all about those internal triggers !

The source of the vast majority of our distraction is boredom, uncertainty, fatigue, loneliness, anxiety & stress.

So we seek escape from that discomfort &

That's just the point, if it belonged to any remotely identifiable notion of journalism, I'd give the guy the benefit of the doubt, but suggesting that two of LUFCs best players might leave if we aren't promoted, as i say, statement of the blindingly obvious where no-one needs (or wants I would suggest) to be "guided" by such numbnuts. And yet I suspect he will have been paid to spout such pearls of wisdom!
