The thing that sticks out in this 5 match losing run is that we have conceded 14 goals in total just in 5 home games!

At least that’s not as bad as 1953.

No, surely it’s just the way we play, the manager, the midfield, injuries, the tories, the fact we aren’t playing the dog and duck every week, or the lack of monorail?

Otherwise we’d have signed defenders in the summer…..wouldn’t we?

Our defensive issues are totally down to the pandemic and the Ukraine war.

You forgot Brexit, Torys, Immigration, multiculturalism, the boats and climate change etc … no worries though, when our physical ‘kick it row Z’ new centre half Keir Starmer comes in as well as our new captain Angela ‘The Gob’ Rayner, there will be no (Kyle) Cameron displays as ‘there will be a Thatcher type ‘This lady is not for turning’ and giving it back to Slocombe / Stone / Ashby’ mentality implemented’ also with Dianne Abbot on the left wing and back tracking our left wing back situation is sorted. Along with our new PFA rep Mick Lynch, we won’t concede many as we’ll be on strike for most of the season. 🙂
