    Hopefully we bring in some locals also on board. People who’ve actually supported the club for years and more than 3 directors this time.

    I’m not sure I’d want involved with him. Look at all the companies he’s been involved with that are now dissolved.

    I have to agree as any new blood with their own ideas and innovations are to be welcome a representing a fresh new broom to sweep through our current board.

    Fair enough Spike but like a lot of fans I would rather Bartley or whoever is in charge next season recruits better players than we have had in the past two seasons - apart from Paton of course now on 21 goals for the Spiders.

    Bartley’s recruitment has been terrible and what would it be like next season if he’s still here with a reduced budget ffs.

    I can see Jim McLinden being the new chairman as soon as Billy departs officially. He’s got some big decisions to make before he’s goes though. Definitely people interested and I’m hearing they’ve all got the clubs best interests at heart.
    Personally hope we never become a fan owned club and we leave the day to day running of the club to people who actually know what they’re talking about & doing.
