    Ironic that Swale should be so sanguine himself in past posts. I looked up the origin of the word, which is:

    "in medieval medicine it described someone whose ruddy complexion was a sign of an optimistic outlook."

    That to me sounds very like a "gammon". So Swale is a gammon, who'd have thought!

    Anyway good result, even better results around us... but how was the performance,?
