    Agreed Tsanho .

This is 100% bs. Notts fans are no different from any other set of fans, probably better because of the nonsense we constantly have to put up with. I’m not sure who’s reaping what they’ve sowed here. The owners have been great generally but they went off piste with Maynard’s appointment, it’s not worked and they need to put it right.

Agree, no one is beyond criticism, as long as lessons are learned, we all make mistakes.

Agree with the wider thoughts and will always appreciate these owners/LW but easy to see that SM was a poor appointment. Out of his depth from week one and needs replacing sooner rather than later. Feel sorry for him but mistake in appointment.

People moaning that it took them four seasons to get promoted in what has historically been the toughest NL ever, conveniently forgetting it took Wrexham and many others far longer to escape.

So, they’ve made a poor appointment in Stuart Maynard, I think they can be forgiven for that considering what they have already done for the club….cant they? The season is done, the owners have earned the right and respect to handle this situation as they see fit.

Some of the abuse they and the manager are getting is embarrassing.
Nobody is reallY having a go at the owners, we are simply asking the owners now to admit that they made a mistake and get a new manager in for next season, if they stick with Mayanrd next season and we struggle it is on them, what they did before does not excuse this poor judgement
I do not buy that the NL was the toughest ever , in most of the 4 seasons we have been down there .with Barrow and Sutton being top, then the 3rd Stockport who recently was in tier 6, even last year bar Wrexham there were no outstanding teams- the reason why we did not go up earlier is because they backed poor managers to average in Ardley for nearly 2 years, then Burchnall , even with LW so 1 out of 4 they got lucky
For some reason the owners want to pick managers and players that are up coming with limited experience, its success rate gives a poor return

He just says the same thing after each game...Its Individual errors cost us again! You can only use this excuse for so long.

Agreed. It's cringeworthy re. the brothers.

Having said that, Maynard needs to do the honourable thing himself or be relieved of his duties before Monday becomes ugly. JOB and Wealy in charge for Monday and until a proper replacement is installed.

Maynard says the opposition in this league put the ball in the box from all angles and we have to deal with it. He hasn't explained why we don't do the same.

    Absolute rubbish

Stockport, Wrexham and Chesterfield all spent much more than we did. You conveniently forget that Ardley had us firing just at the right time….(which turned out to be the wrong time because of covid)…..and we missed out on promotion in the playoff final. Burchnall wasn’t a disaster and we enjoyed some wonderful performances at Meadow Lane. LW was another improvement upon Burchnall as well. So out of the four managerial decisions they have made three of them have been decent if not a success.

If you haven’t seen the other abuse the owners, and even Maynard, have been receiving then I’m happy for you but if you’re not willing to let them make one mistake then you need your head checking….along with the other mentalists. The owners will be fully aware they’ve made a mistake but will not rush into another one like previous owners would’ve….thankfully.

Edit: come to think of it Ardley recruited remarkably well, especially for the situation we were in in preseason. Players of good attitude and decent ability, especially in defence. Turner is exactly the type of defender we need now. Perhaps the owners could remember this when recruiting Maynard’s replacement.
