Correct! Some on here think it's all plain sailing and he's being repetitive with his after match interviews. You can only say so much when you have a current situation to deal with like he has. I think we'll see/hear a different kind of feedback once next season starts.

In his pre-match interview LR is hinting that some players are focussed more on ‘other matters’ than playing. It’s a difficult situation for him and suspect once the season is over and quite a few move on, we’ll start to see more of what he can do and how he wants us to move forward - perhaps these are some of the things that the likes of Nathan Jones just didn’t fancy getting embroiled in. Fair play to LR for rolling his sleeves up and taking on this ‘situation’
