    Team of barely used players

Was thinking about squad depth etc and we actually have quite a lot of talent sitting waiting for a chance

    Klaessen

    Shacks Cresswell Montiero Cooper

    Crew Bate/Gyabi
    Geldhardt Perkins Anthony

    Joseph

That would probably be a half decent side.

Gyabi and Struijk currently out with groin injury. Rutter had a hernia. Makes me wonder if there is a problem with the training exercises.

Possibly but not sure if that is specific to Leeds but more generally.

Coached a fair bit of rugby as well as football and I think (I know this will sound weird but it is scientifically correct) that as players are so super fit they are actually prone to more injuries coupled with the fact that as they are all stronger and faster the impacts are that much greater and result in both more injuries and more severe ones.

Leicester Tigers the who had a rep for being the hardest bar stewards in training have cut down full contact to once per week (partly for concussion reasons but for other reasons too).

It seems being super fit may also give you an Achilles heel.

Nothing like the injury list we always had under bielsa, although as per usual our main opposition doesn’t seem to get any injuries.
